Marketing & Business Development Intern

What You'll Do Identify and research potential leads, generating new business contracts for Ikaros Consulting Plan and run advertising campaigns to promote both Ikaros Consulting and KCCommerce Conduct SEO optimization on tools and websites built for Ikaros Consulting clients Use AI tools to streamline lead generation, content creation, and outreach workflows Track and report on campaign performance, lead pipeline, and SEO improvements Support general marketing initiatives as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong interest or experience in marketing, lead generation, and advertising Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or similar) to support marketing and research tasks Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment Strong written communication skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field What You'll Gain Hands-on experience generating real business leads and contracts Direct exposure to advertising strategy across multiple brands Practical SEO experience on live client tools Mentorship and the opportunity to apply AI tools in a professional setting A flexible, remote work environment Working in a Startup environment under an MBA Graduate
